The picture here comes from a 4 hour fishing trip on August 30th in connection with the Hook & Cook event. We have had many good 4 hour trips from the end of July until now. And while the fishing on the coast in the spring was very bad, it has been clearly better since the end of June, which is the opposite of the experiences from previous years, when March, April and May had the best catches, and the summer was worse. The mackerel have also only come in larger quantities here in August, where we usually see them already in June.
